From Garlic Harvest to Jar
Fresh Garlic Selection
Our process begins with freshly harvested garlic bulbs sourced from trusted farms. Only firm, fully matured cloves are selected to ensure strong aroma and authentic flavour. The garlic is chosen carefully so that each batch of pickle delivers the rich taste that traditional garlic pickle is known for.
Careful Cleaning & Peeling
The garlic bulbs are separated into individual cloves and thoroughly cleaned to remove soil and impurities. Each clove is carefully peeled and inspected so that only healthy, high-quality garlic is used in the pickle.
Natural Sun Preparation
The cleaned garlic cloves are spread on clean cloth sheets under natural sunlight for a short period. This step helps remove excess surface moisture and prepares the garlic for the traditional pickling process while enhancing its natural flavour.
Traditional Spice Curing
The prepared garlic cloves are mixed with traditional spices, natural oil, and salt. The mixture is placed in large glass jars and kept under sunlight for natural curing. Over several days, the garlic slowly absorbs the spices and develops its deep, bold flavour.
Premium Hygienic Packaging
Premium Hygienic Packaging Once the pickle reaches its perfect taste and maturity, it is carefully packed into premium food-grade glass jars. Each jar is sealed hygienically to preserve freshness, aroma, and authentic homemade flavour until it reaches your kitchen.
