Handpicked Raw Mangoes
We begin with fresh raw mangoes handpicked directly from the tree at the perfect stage of maturity. Only firm, tangy mangoes are selected to ensure the right crunch, natural sourness, and authentic pickle taste. This careful selection ensures that every jar starts with the best ingredients nature provides.
Traditional Cutting Process
The mangoes are washed thoroughly and cut into traditional chunky pieces. Unlike machine cutting, this traditional preparation preserves the natural fibre and texture, allowing every piece to absorb spices evenly. This step ensures the pickle stays crunchy and flavourful in every bite.
Mixed with Authentic Spices
Freshly cut mango pieces are blended with traditional Indian spices and pure mustard oil. This mixture creates the rich aroma and bold flavour that defines authentic homemade pickle. Each batch is prepared in small quantities to maintain quality and consistency.
Natural Sun Curing (30+ Days)
The prepared mango pieces are spread under natural sunlight and slowly sun-cured for more than 30 days. This traditional curing method:
