We currently ship across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless explicitly mentioned on our website.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp (if applicable).


3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

6. FAILED DELIVERY / INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery

  • The order is refused without valid reason

The order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.


7. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive:

  • A visibly damaged parcel

  • A leaking product

  • A tampered package

Please:

  1. Take clear photos/videos immediately.

  2. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims are subject to verification and handled as per our Refund Policy.


8. RISK OF LOSS

Once we transfer the products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier.


9. FOOD PRODUCT NOTICE

Since we sell consumable food items (Honey & Pickles):

  • We ensure proper packaging and sealing.

  • Storage instructions should be followed after delivery.

  • We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
