    Garlic is peeled and cleaned by hand for both the pickle and chutney. Ginger is cleaned and cut, green chillies are trimmed. All ingredients are carefully prepared and readied for marination and spice blending.

    Natural Sun Preparation & Curing

    Garlic for the pickle is marinated in salt and haldi for 24–48 hours. Mixed pickle ingredients are spread under sunlight to remove excess moisture. Garlic for the chutney is sun-dried before grinding. All are naturally prepared in Dayalpur Sidhauli to develop deep, authentic flavours.

    Traditional Spice Blending & Ageing

    Each product is prepared with its own traditional spice blend and cold-pressed mustard oil. Pickles are packed in food-grade glass jars and sun-cured for 7–15 days. The chutney is hand-ground and rested for 5–7 days until the flavours fully develop.
